Moderated by Mary Cleaver of The Cleaver Co., the talk featured Mary Jo Dudley of the Cornell Farmworker Program, Pam Koch of the Tisch Food Center at Colombia University, Reana Kovalcik of the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition, Josh Morgenthau, owner and operator of Fishkill Farms in the Hudson Valley, and Margot Pollans, Assistant Professor of Law at Pace University.<br />
